Many
buildings or systems are modified over a period of time and the HVAC

to meet the
changes in occupancy or codes.

Verify that systems are still
operating as they should be or were intended to be
-
Prevent unnecessary maintenance and
operating costs
-
Verify zoning layouts and current
occupancy usage
-
Improve comfort needs due to
occupancy changes
-
Improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) to
meet new code requirements and to increase occupancy productivity
-
All Commissioning procedures
implemented are in accordance with SMACNA and ASHRAE standards
