________________________________________________________________

Many buildings or systems are modified over a period of time and the HVAC systems no longer operate as they were originally designed or installed. We work with your staff to review the systems and suggest retrofit as required to update them to meet the changes in occupancy or codes.

  • Verify that systems are still operating as they should be or were intended to be

  • Prevent unnecessary maintenance and operating costs

  • Verify zoning layouts and current occupancy usage

  • Improve comfort needs due to occupancy changes

  • Improve Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) to meet new code requirements and to increase occupancy productivity

  • All Commissioning procedures implemented are in accordance with SMACNA and ASHRAE standards

  • Standard forms for Start-up and Commissioning can be provided for review
