·         Revise internal cooling water piping systems to reduce the consumption of City Water during the winter cooling periods

·         Engineering analysis provided the Client with savings projection of approximately $150,000 per year

·         In spite of the high cost of working within rigid Hospital construction standards, the payback was approximately 4 years

Included

·         Review of the internal usage of domestic water for the facility which resulted in a discovery of improper reporting by the City of Toronto Revenue Department for water consumption

·         The compound water meter had been connected backwards and after repeated attempts by the Owner, the City of Toronto insisted that the readings were correct

·         Our analysis and final report resulted in a recovery of billings of over $77,000.00
