Provide final Construction drawings incorporating all permit requirements, addenda and any other items brought up during the tender stage
Answer queries during Construction
Review shop drawings
Review of Energy Management Control system interface with the SCADA monitoring
Site Inspections and supervision of installation as required to complete the project
Prepare ongoing Inspection Reports and review deficiencies
Assist and participate in commissioning with the Contractor as required to confirm acceptable operation of the system
Review of progress draws by the Contractor and issuance of payment certificates
Collect and review all documentation as required in the specifications (reports, manuals, etc.)
Prepare as-built drawings
Final inspection with sign-off and review letter to local authorities
Assist and participate in Training of the System with the Contractor and Client
Issuance of final certificates

Attend initial project meeting with the Region of Peel and the design team to review project requirements
Obtain and review all existing drawings and reports as provided by Peel. Scan and convert drawings into AutoCAD
Site audit to review the existing building conditions and services
Carry out load calculations to confirm requirements for each area
Meet with local authorities to confirm local code requirements
Prepare a Preliminary Design Report
Meet with the Client to review the report and preliminary drawings
Detailed Design (90% and 100%)
After acceptance of the preliminary design by the Client, proceed with detailed design
Provide Engineered Drawings for 90% submission
Provide complete Specifications in NMS format
Submit drawings and specifications for 90% completion to the Client for review
Review 90% completion with the Client
Provide final Engineered Drawings for 100% submission
Submit final drawings for permit as required
Tender Stage

General Motors – Plant Air Conditioning

“Approximately 13 million square feet” to provide Air Conditioning for parts of their Central Air Handling System

· Upgrading existing Mechanical Penthouses
· Adding Cooling coils and Bypass dampers
· Providing 3-way valves and piping at coils
· Providing distribution piping across the roof
· Providing power wiring from the bus duct system
· Providing PLC and pneumatic control system upgrades and interface
· Commissioning Chillers with coil systems
· The upgraded systems were designed to meet the Department of Labour requirements for Humidex levels for Factory Product in Facilities
· We tracked the Humidex levels and provided cooking to perform dehumidification and mixed with bypass to maintain temperature level at 78ºF and 50% Relative Humidity
· We saved Chiller capacity and energy cost by reducing the original estimated requirement of 6,000 Tons based on standard cooling design criteria
Ontario Power Generation - Wesleyville Storage Facility

Single line diagram of power distribution of entire facility from 44 KV to 120/208V
Prepared single line diagrams including:
4160V and 600V to all buildings
208V power distribution to all sub panels within the outside buildings
600V power distribution within powerhouse
Converted existing site plan to CAD format complete with all required layering updated to As Built conditions
Located approximate location of 44 KV outdoor substations and traced the route and approximate length of 4160V overhead line
Located all outdoor transformers on site plan
Located all indoor equipment within all buildings on the site
Provided all equipment nameplate data on the site plan in the form of hidden attributes which were extracted into Microsoft Excel and formatted for presentation
Create equipment data package from extracted data which makes all data easy to locate for future upgrade or replacement requirements
