Replacement of existing chillers and upgrades to existing controls

• Removal and replacement of two (2) existing 300 Ton Chillers with R11 Freon

• Temporarily remove existing services to allow for replacement of chillers with no downtime to main system during occupied hours

• Upgrade to R134A Green Refrigerant @ <0.60W/Ton NPLV

• Upgrade Chilled Water Storage Tank system to automate charging process

• Provide Free Cooling Plate Heat Exchanger to bypass the chiller

• Upgrade Fresh Air Ventilation systems to Variable Speed Drive, Co₂ Control, maximizing free cooling and night setback

• Upgrade VAV Box control system with room air reset

• Compartment Unit Floor by Floor scheduling for occupied/unoccupied control

• Upgrading of existing Johnson Control system to provide new programming and verification to new Tridium front end

Fire Alarm Upgrades including Panel Replacement

• Replacement of main fire alarm control panels and custom annunciator panel

• Replacement coordinated to avoid fire alarm downtime

• Upgraded system fro conventional to an addressable type

• Upgraded system from a manual 2-stage to an automatic 2-stage

• Replace smoke detectors in open 7 storey centre atrium that were impossible to service with new beam smoke detectors

• Increased audibility to meet code
