Site Supervisor

Supervised several major projects of up to $1,000,000 electrical including Kendall Canada Inc. relocation, Campbellford Memorial Hospital expansion, Pickering Nuclear Training Centre construction, Towers Food  City  renovation, Lansdowne Place 70 store mall construction

Supervised several shutdown projects at General Motors Canada in the $750,000.00 range. These projects were usually completed in 9 to 14 days.

Designed and supervised the installation of the electrical system and controls for a mining enterprise. The electrical and controls portion of this project totaled $2,000,000.00 and my role including procurement of major systems, PLC process control programming, network design, supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) implementation, commissioning, operator training and documentation. The project lasted roughly one year (March 2006 to March 2007) from start to finish.

Supervisory team member on many industrial projects including Lasco Steel melt shop and mill expansion, 3M Canada colouring plant modernization, and 9 General Motors Oshawa paint shop substations

Supervised substation preventative maintenance inspections and high voltage installations

Performed demand, power factor and harmonic analysis surveys for industrial customers

Performed arc flash analysis and mitigation at several sites
