Building audit, design, project management, supervision, and commissioning for complete building upgrades
Preliminary audit included:
Inspection of existing building conditions and provide report complete with deficiencies
Provide conceptual designs and budget costing
Mechanical included:
Inspect and service of all main HVAC equipment and ductwork
Complete direct digital controls (DDC) retrofit
New humidification system incorporated into existing main air handling system
New computer / IT room air conditioning unit
Electrical included:
Complete lighting retrofit to new high efficiency lighting
General Trades Work included:
Improve building walls on exterior to reduce air and water infiltration
Upgrade front entrance to barrier-free
Upgrade roof conditions
Note: Final project was complete 20% under budget which allowed additional items to be upgraded
